Our Recruitment Process
We meticulously evaluate applications for all our career opportunities, from our internship programs to new graduates, specialists, and management positions.
We get to know our candidates closely through Human Resources and technical interviews, and we objectively measure their competencies through Assessment Center applications designed for relevant roles. After successfully completing the process, we complete reference checks and extend a job offer to join our team.
Even if our process doesn’t result in a job offer, we maintain contact, we stay in touch for future opportunities and keep our doors open for our paths to cross again.
